At BeadsEnvy, we take great care in crafting each handmade resin product with love and precision. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 5-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Refund:

A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

The issue must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Refundable Conditions:

Customised or personalised products are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

No refund will be processed without a valid unboxing video.

Refunds are not applicable for slight variations in color, design, or size, as each piece is handmade and unique.
Refund Process:

Once the damage is verified, you may choose between:

A refund to your original payment method, or

Store credit for future purchases.

Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Note:
BeadsEnvy holds the right to deny a refund if the return conditions are not met.
