At BeadsEnvy, we take great care in crafting each handmade resin product with love and precision. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 5-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

  • The issue must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Customised or personalised products are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

  • No refund will be processed without a valid unboxing video.

  • Refunds are not applicable for slight variations in color, design, or size, as each piece is handmade and unique.

Refund Process:

  • Once the damage is verified, you may choose between:

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • Store credit for future purchases.

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Note:

BeadsEnvy holds the right to deny a refund if the return conditions are not met.
